Handling holes and crimping/welding

Lochen und Verriegeln

Handling holes are provided on request. Each pile web is then provided with a hole as indicated on the drawing. Holes can be provided at a distance of either 75 or 300 mm from the upper pile edge (to be specified when placing the order).

Composite piles prefabricated in the factory are crimped on request., i.e. the interlocks are punched at regular intervals.

If fabricated piles such as corner, junction and adapter piles cannot be pressed due to technical reasons, they are welded at both ends. The section moduli of HOESCH sections mean, that locking of prefabricated interlocks is not a necessity. On request crimping can be provided for transport and handling purposes. The pressing points are spaced at 2.40 m.
